I bought a Jaguar F Type from Michael in June and I can only reiterate previous reviews, I travelled from Surrey to Rugeley by train and a member of the team picked me up, the car was so well prepared professionally and looked stunning, there was a small issue with the bonnet alignment that was corrected before I got there, I spotted a drip from the exhaust after the test drive which was fixed immediately and has never occurred again, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from MB MOTORS again and I'm so pleased with my car.

Excellent service from start to finish. Booked in for a gearbox issue and within a matter of hours, a detailed report of the fault was sent through to me via a link on my phone and through email, which contained a price of the work that was required to resolve the issue and not only that, but they looked over my whole vehicle and advised on other work that was needed to ensure my car was safe and reliable. There was no hard sell or pressure and I could authorise the work just by pressing a button on my phone which is very simple and convenient. I received updates throughout and the receptionist is knowledgeable, who will not leave a question unanswered. It’s good value for money especially as you can tell they take pride in their work, do the job properly, and to a very high standard. My car was fixed in a timely manner, it was cleaned (which I was not expecting at all) and it drives better than ever. I highly recommend this garage especially if you are after an honest, reliable, and friendly service who go the extra mile to make sure your car is safe and back running to how it should be.

I took my vehicle to MBMotors in August for some repair work. I’ve lived in the area and used the petrol station next door for years and never knew they were here, but I’m glad to have discovered them now. They are very easy to contact and deal with. Booking an appointment was quick and the service provided by them is highly professional from start to finish. Once they had investigated the work, an email with a link to the web portal is provided, which had a full breakdown of the required work, plus any additional work they advise based on the vehicle inspection or manufacturers suggested servicing. From here it’s as simple as ticking boxes next to the tasks you wish to be carried out to authorise the work. This is extremely useful aspect to me as a person with a busy work and personal life. The costs were very competitive, they cleaned the car inside and out (a good few independent garages should take note), and it’s little things like a small MBMotors branded bag to keep the locking wheel nut adapter in, or that months later when a headlight bulb failed and it transpired that to replace it means taking off a wheel and removing the wheel arch liner (cheers Mazda! what a faff!), they sorted it out free of charge. Apparently they’ll also collect and deliver your car too! I’ve used loads of independent garages around Stafford over the years and these are hands down the best and I will be returning to them for all work in the future. They fully deserved the high rating they are achieving. Car broke down on my wife whilst I was away with work. She rang MB before she even rang the AA. Arranging the drop off over the phone and reviewing the work needed and paying over the internet made things so easy. They even went above and beyond and dropped the car back off at my house. **TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS GARAGE** I have used MB Motors, Rugeley on several occasions, dealt with different staff and they have always been friendly, accommodating, sorted any issues with my car and offered sound advice. They never go into ‘hard sell’ mode, just always give honest advice. I have two young children and a messy car without much time to get it cleaned. When I collected my car today I was overwhelmed, as they cleaned my car inside and out without charge! I couldn’t believe it. It would’ve taken some work too! I’m still blown away and very grateful. I have recommended MB Motors to friends and family and I 100% recommended them to anyone who wants to deal with an honest garage, who demonstrate great, honest and patient customer care. Hanna/Hana/Hannah (not sure which variant she uses), is friendly, easy to talk to, she has an understanding of cars which helps when customers were ringing in. The two lads who worked on the car again friendly, willing to work on any make of car which is great as not many want to work on "premium" brands. I'll be taking my car there as soon as I got a few more bits together as I really don't want to be sitting/laying under the car anymore with my back. Upon replacing a track rod end, I came across a complication with one of the wheel nuts, I visited MB Motors and they helped solve the issue without hesitation. All of the staff are polite and friendly. I would highly recommend MB Motors to everyone.
