Absolutely stunning fish. I normally buy from Nick at his van on a Thursday morning on the Co Op Weeping Cross car park. Today I called him to ask him to put aside some mussels and salmon for a dish I was cooking and went to his shop to pick it up. Our friends have just said it was the best fish they have ever had… and he is always helpful and friendly.

Best fish ever would highly recommend very helpful and fish is so fresh.

WOW - I am typing why I’m eating! This is a great find - where can you buy FRESH fish around the Stafford area? I saw the Nick the Fish van at 6am on his way to open the shop after travelling from the coast. If you want fresh, this is the place!

We but fabulous fish from Nick every Friday. He's always friendly and knowledgeable and the fish is superb. Don't buy it all before we get there though or I'll be very annoyed.
